Maintenance System Services delivers fully support both hardware and software including next business day on-site. It is suitable for the customer who has no dedicated IT staffs or need more service support beyond daily operation. It is ideally for reliable priority on-site assistance during business hours. It also includes telephone support direct to our service specialists and vender co-ordination. It offers 6 days service with 8 office hours per day.

2. Service Level Response

CCS service engineer is assigned to arrive at customer location within time frame up to the service level.  CCS provides the following service levels.

8×6 Next Business day

The engineer will assign to arrive at customer location on next business day after we receive your call and perform remote problem determination. CCS provides service from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday, excluding CCS holidays.

Other service levels are available on requested.
